How to Initiate the Onboarding

Contacting initiates the Onboarding Process

When first approaching CIRRANTIC, we will share a Data Usage Agreement (DUA) that governs the services, data usage and enabled the rights to transfer the provided information and branding to third-party channels. Moreover, we will determine which Integration & Update Process is most efficient in your situation.

Key Next Steps:

  • Doing the Paperwork by Closing the Agreement (no data is shared by CIRRANTIC without your acknowledgment!)
  • Integrate the Data and initiate the Update process
  • Becoming visible in connected channels & touchpoints

Automated Integration & Update

Recommended & Preferred, with full static and dynamic data content, daily location updates & realtime availability, including full location lifecycle support, and more

  • Determining the leading system that is handling the location and status information (CPMS)
  • Connecting this management solution via API
  • Using OCPI Location module or alternative structured formats for locations and status
  • Initially checking API quality and content on key attributes

Manual Integration & Update

Not Recommended, but possible if an API is not (yet) available and the update frequency is more than 30 days.

  1. Download this template with the basic format for Locations on Outlet/Connector level
  2. Fill-in the location information, list the EVSEIDs as reference and add information for each line
  3. Save & upload the Excel-File
  4. Repeat, whenever necessary: Update the Excel-File and re-upload
